Natural Weight Loss Vitamin
Do vitamins help for losing weight? Research showed that choosing right food that contains some kind of vitamin can help you loss weight. We call that weight loss vitamin.
But please be wary when choosing vitamins that promise to help you
lose weight; be sure to read all labels for the percent of RDA the
vitamin provides. Keep in mind that fat-soluble vitamins such as A, E, D
and K are a risky bet as they last longer in the body, while
water-soluble vitamins such as C and the vitamin B group are more easily
flushed out of the body by the excretory system.
- Vitamin A helps cell development and is beneficial for the skin,
but ingesting too much of it results in hypervitaminosis A. This
condition can cause headaches, vision problems, nausea, a loss of
appetite and irregular menstrual periods, and in severe cases liver
damage.
- The B vitamins work together to ‘bolster metabolism,' making
them a popular addition to many vitamin weight loss supplements. But
be careful when relying on vitamin B6 to lose weight; an overdose
can cause nerve damage, resulting in a numbing sensation in the
mouth and extremities. One popular over the counter multi-vitamin
contains over 500 percent of your RDA!
- Vitamin C doesn't only boost the immune system and foster good
health, but its ability to help restore collagen and elasticity to
the skin makes it a choice. Taking too much of it can lead to
diarrhea, kidney stones and nausea, though more serious side effects
are rare.
- Vitamin D, found in milk and sunshine (more specifically, is
created when sunlight hits and chemically reacts with the skin) can
have a deleterious effect on the levels of calcium in your blood.
Too much calcium can lead to build-ups of mineral deposits as well
as nausea, kidney stones and muscle problems.
- Vitamin E is purported to prevent a host of serious medical
conditions including heart disease and cataracts. It's ability to
prevent premature aging and stretching of the skin makes it common
for inclusion in vitamin supplements but be careful, for too much
vitamin E can lead to stomach pain and interfere with the body's
ability to absorb other fat soluble vitamins.
