Anti Fatigue

Tiredness is usually due to lack of sleep, physical or emotional stress, or overwork, and is common premenstrually and during early pregnancy and the menopause. It can be related to anaemia, which is normally due to iron deficiency, but can also be caused by a deficiency of other vitamins and minerals, particularly vitamin B12. Tiredness can be a side-effect of drugs, alcohol, caffeine, nicotine and too much vitamin A. It may also follow illness, physical injury or an operation.
